Excellent entry level positions and regulated training workshops.
- in my career i have gained exceptional knowledge and experience in my job functions. - at my last company i had an incident whereby i have found irregularities in one of our branches and caught the culprit. - i was unfortunate that was later dismissed for reasons of irregular activities conducted in the work place. - i have reason and made a tremendous contribution with training and coaching people from previously disadvantaged backgrounds. - travelling was a highlight as i conducted store visits a nd did assessments and looked out for better premises and opportunities. - Introducing the new point of sale system was rather challenging, i had 15 managers to train, coach and make sure that they have understood the system and could facilitate the apparatus without further supervision from me. thank you
Pros: no room for improvement as was the operational manager and the board of directors where on top of the ladder and it was my responsibility to liaise with them.
Cons: Long hours where regulated, depending on the criteria and challenges that i was faced with on my routine assessments and store visits

A good company who strives to better people from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
- regulated store visits done daily. - sound understanding of branch managers and had a fantastic relationship. - i have learnt new recipes and different methods of cooking. - i enjoy the outdoors and hate being confined to a little space, - Most challenging in the job is dealing with semiskilled employees trying to teach and coach .
