Great experience to the research project cycle

I am experienced in research and able to execute from receiving client briefs, proposal writing and up to the delivery of final presentations. Day to day tasks include project management, presentations, writing technical reports. I enjoy writing.

Pros: Global company so I have learnt a lot. Process are a lot different from smaller companies
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve

I've learnt to capture accurately and even verify the capturing. Started script validation about 3 years ago. Basically we are a market research company so we have field workers that goes out and do interviews for our clients. So before the interviews can be done I have to check to see if the questionnaires match the script on which the job will be captured. (If there are anything not matching the questionaire or script I will query it with either the research team or the scripted then they will fix it I will test it again until the script and questionnaire matches 100%. Then I will sign off then the job is ready to go live then the field workers can start with there u interviews.

Cons: Not permanent

Less opportunity for growth.

It is my first job and I feel like there is no opportunity for growth. It's not challenging because it's like we only do the same thing everyday. The working conditions are not that bad but I believe there's always room for improvement.

Pros: Opportunity to learn consumer behaviour
Cons: Boring working hours

Excellent

It's was a nice start for me but not for being permanent was bad because I won't be able to do such thing meaning there was no growth,at least for that year I suppose to have many things but I couldn't because they it was,because same times in order to work we depend on a client ,it was a Research Company

Growth as an interviewer, company environment, the joys of working for Kantar.

Kantar is a very nice environment. I have learnt a lot from the supervisors and quality assessors. My telephone etiquette, communication skills have improved a lot from working there, also how to deal with a lot of people's attitudes without any conflicts. I enjoy it most when we recruit people to join a certain project for a certain company and it is quite a great thing to see growth.

Pros: There aren't a lot of promotions, but scholarships are coming soon.
Cons: Underpaid long working hours.
