Over the years, I've learnt so much from different industries I've worked for.

A typical work day would be challenging at times however with the great team i worked we managed to multiple calls logged by our user community. Creating opportunities and quality of knowledge, our goal was to combine the experience and skills obtained to strengthen the link between front office and back office. I always aimed to be part of a dynamic and vibrant environment in which he can make a valuable contribution. I gained knowledge of modelling for SAP business processes using ARIS and good exposure to systems/auditing. I've got a technical assurance which includes assessment of test cases, SAP ERP, applications and database management controls. I also played significant roles in supporting various project management offices within KPAL Group focusing mainly on business process management, system reviews related to process projects and internal audits. I am versatile, detail oriented and deadline driven. I have the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.

Pros: Very determined and dedicated individual
Cons: challenging but at the end of the day, we need to reach our goals/targets.

Responsibilities

Transferring new as well as re-engineered products from the development lab to the factory . Assists with the technical training of Paint QC operators and supervisors Identifies key process and quality control parameters for each paint making process stage and implements process control. Monitors , reports and attempts to improve the first time right manufacturing percentage and lab dwell time. Reduction of slow and redundant raw materials and finished products with the approval of the Development Lab, by working off into current products Provide advice for additions and proposes modification to formulas specifications and raw materials based on historical trends of batches manufactured Reports on problem products and problematic processes to the Factory Technical QC Control
