I have enjoyed my time at Kanako as it has equipped me with the best knowledge of Admin and pastel I have achieved a lot of things in life that my skills have worked out to be a key that opens doors for me.i had a good working relationship with my colleagues as I would assist them in all staff administration duties that they didn't understand .

Pros: I was promoted
Cons: One was never given the chance to blossom and venture in other financial sectors of the company as information sharing was the most brutal issue.

Interesting and Excellent learning curve

Start my day at the office at 7h00am at the office, to check up on previous day's orders and outgoing deliveries, check if there are any returns from yesterday's deliveries. Collect any new P.O.S materials also increase the ones I have, then 7h30 I should be on the road to the next outlet after Downloading my PJP on my device, as I believe I should be at there at 8h00. I would follow my PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) doing my route in to the area. I normally start at the exit so if any of my Custermers is out, I'm able to check them again when I make my way out. After all my route is done I upload my orders, sending my orders through to the office. This job has thought me that it is always easy to do if you have a friendly relationship with co-worker and Custermers. I also learnt deferent cultures from my Custermers, which I enjoyed as they learnt to trust me helping me increase my sales. The few challenge is being able to communicate with each and everyone and managing TIME.

Pros: Great opportunity to be in one of management position
Cons: Long hours and order returns
