Im a fast learner.can do about anything.very relieble.always on time.good asset for any company.i have a wife and 2 kids.i must pay rent for my house.i have my own car.so i have transport to work .

Career growth

I couldnt be any happier with my career choice. I believe that a department cannot be managed from behind a desk and my field of work allows me to be hands on, lead by example and interact with the team im leading. Its important for me to show than to instruct. Communication is very important, not only in the work environment. Poor work performance often relate to personal problems. Feeding of each others engery is crucial..as a team leader i management my department with confidentence and calmness. Establishing a common goal and total buy in from all team members is on top of my priority list.

Pros: Responsibility can be very rewarding
Cons: Stressful deadlines

Very fasy learner

I have a wife and 2 kids.working for kalundu trading in kyasand.i work in a warehouse and is also in charge of the part store.we do picking and packing and also recieving and dispatching.i also do the deliverys for kalundu to the clients.the traveling a day to work and back is 206km.please im looking for something closer to home.it wil also save me money

Cons: Like overtime
