Excellent property development experience

Typical work day starts at 6:30, we're only 4 people in the office so myself and the project manager will be the only ones in the office which makes it kind o quiet. I'll start off with some work, cost reports / feasibility until 8am when our managing director gets in. He is quit a goal driven person so he wants to see results quickly without sometimes thinking them through. I've learned a lot from him on what to do and what not to do. Something he tends to swing things from the hip and he always over promises and under delivers which scares me a lot. The work life here is very stressful and fast paced and not a lot of back up or systems or resources to assist me and completing the task to the best of the company's ability. I feel we are under-resourced and I feel that another director should be appointed to keep the managing director at bay or help him make decisions. I love the work I do I could just do with some assistance and I would also like to have a valued opinion.

Pros: Lots of experience on investments, property law, cash flows, etc.
Cons: insufficient resources, bad management.
