i graduated a B.com industrial psychology at unisa and i am currently looking for an internship or an HR post,i am a hard working person and willing to work under pressure.

Pros: as it is a big company, i believe i will get more promotion as possible since i am a qualified hr
Cons: this is the big company and i willing to gain experience and learn more in HR management

inventory accuracy, good leading skills, attention to details, production flows, picking season and high demand from customers, good communication and achievement

No learning

- Duplicate work due to error systems - Good workmanship in 1 team...business relationships are lacking management skills. - nothing to learn - stakeholder relations - systems are most challenging. Bad management. No skills development for designated groups

Pros: No pros about this company since it merged with Takealot
Cons: No opportunities for designated groups who have the required skill set or above
