Political influence is too much and ensure ineffective service delivery. Qualifications and experience does not count. The uneducated and incompetent workers get more salaries than the experience educated ones. Enjoy to interact with the public during public participation process and as well as on a daily basis. IDP is broad aspect and covers all aspects in a municipality. Enjoy liaising with external clients and ensuring that projects is in the best interest for the community and municipality.
