Kagisano NPO Reviews

Excellent learning field

Working environment is very exciting because I work along mostly with my peers, and they are very approachable as well as my supervisors and executives. They allow everyone to be opinionated. Working with co-operatives is very challenging because they can be difficult as times but we learn to adapt and grow within the industry.

Pros: Great opportunities
Cons: Long working hours

It has been a great learning curve

Working for Kagisano NPO has been a great learning curve, the experience I have gained there is a lot and appreciated. I started working as an office administrator, later moved to project administrator even though my salary was not that much I liked working with the less fortunate kids around Gauteng. Now I work in a new project which is out of my comfort zone but I’m enjoying it. The challenges I face is having to deal with different individuals who have different behaviors and attitude. I have learned to ignore people who don’t bring me any joy at work.

Pros: No promotion
Cons: No bonus or salary increase
