Growth in career- joined the organisation as a solution analyst the first analyst to take on that role. Growth opportunity

I think I am suitable for the job,I am a hard worker who is willing to grow herself. I have a good administrative experience and Good skills in Microsoft systems and customer service. I always provide the best quality on my job and do not compromise on quality.

No learning curve

the is definitetly no room for growth in this company as the people are people who do not even do their work accordingly so i'll say the company is filled with nepotism.

Pros: no room for promotion if your black
