Proactive HR LEAD looking for change and new challenges

My current job is HR LEAD for South Africa in charge of HR and IR. It's a unionised environment so it's a fast paced and pressurising environment requiring being proactive, being on your toes , and ensuring you have the best character skills and experience to also deal with day to day challenges of grievances , employee issues , and still business partner and provide support to KAEFER SA executive team. My job requires extensive travelling to project sites which gives me a different day or week which is enjoyable.

Pros: Good challenges and different daily situations to problem solve
Cons: Unionised environment and requires sensitive interaction, lots or IR issues due to project work and dealing with government parastatals

Physically challenging work experiance

I'm a down to earth person whose willing to do anything to reach my personal goals and also make sure i make my employees happy by giving my best in every task im given. Hardworking and determined person whos not afraid of challenges and learning in different fields.

Pros: great opportunity to grow myself
Cons: anything that can make my employees proud

I am a kind person working had person, am willing to learn More about the job am applying for which is driving code 14 trucks. and I think I Will make a big impact to the company. I really need this job I think I need a chance to prove my self to the company.

Kaefer is good company I was enjoying my job driving so now my contract are expired am looking another company that can hire me as code 14 driver with 10 year experience please let me know if something comes out relating to my cv
