I can learn almost anything in short space of time under any type of boss or leader.

I am a self motivated and hard worker. I worked most in power stations where I did manage to achieve a 7 million LTI free hours with more than 500 employees at a scaffolding company from 2011 to 2017 September. The last LTI we had was on the 13th Oct 2013. I was also a trainer and a part of investigation team. The most cahllanging part is when there is an incident where employees denied giving the full information on what happened on the job. Most of all I enjoyed working with the guys as I'm a straight talker and the guys were not afraid to tell me their life stories as they were believing in me as I was their trainer as some were telling me about their statuses about HIV and knew it I can be secretive and honest. I enjoyed my working years with workers until they hire a new safety officer without experience and made her my senior. After a few months working with her she set a false story about my reports no it knowing I have copies several times till I decided to resign on the 12/092017.

Pros: KPI can tell if the promotion is needed or not.

I started working under construction since 2008 Worked with Murray and Robert Civil Roshcon Kaefer Energy Project At Lephalale Eskom Medupi Power Station Started with Boiler one to the last Boiler six My Contract End on the 25/07/19 Ready To Relocate

Pros: I learned lot in construction
Cons: I worked even on weekends

We comply with the company life saving rules

We have a very good relationship with all employees and work very hard for the company. We check the safety of everyone else working on site before commencing any work. We keep a good and clean housekeeping before and after work.

Pros: Great opportunity for experience and future work
Cons: We work under pressure at times
