Every day was a challenge dealing with different clientel. Good co-worker relations. started at a till ended as an office admin. Biggest challenge was to remain calm with ill mannered customers

Pros: Too long in one position
Cons: six day week. Off Sundays spending the day making food and church day. Being a single mom makes it a 7 working day week

Admin/receptionist clerk

My job were to handle all account problems and reconsiliations of debtors & creditors. My strong points are to organized office and people and did there wages too. Like to work with people but can work on my own and good under pressure. Most challenging aspect of my job, to handle every day with it own problems. To work accurate and finished my work in time.

Pros: Want this opportunaty to express my love to work and learn every day.
Cons: Can work long hours, as I am divorced and have no depandants. Are use to do things alone.

Great field to grow and lot of oppertunities

There are vacancies so u have opportunity to grow in the company. So there is hazardous areas and you work under some pressure but it is manageable. We work as a team ti get the job done at the end of each day. Having to learn picking was the most fun because you have to be vigilant about your amount you type into the scanner and make sure that you physically send the same amount to the correct branch. What the challenge is, is the packaging and shrinkages of dome items exc. Gloves can only be send out in shrinkages of 12 so if a branch wants less then 12 you need to override.

Pros: Opportunity for promotions is fair
Cons: Physical hard labour

Something challenging

Good people,Great experience with my co- workers,just don't have any challenge at the company how you van grow as a person, its like your just sitting on one place and promotions not that good.

Excellent learning curve

The client is always right. Always help clients with a smile on yout face. Can't talk back to tude clients. You must work on a public holiday. You don't get overtime unless you worked more than yoy should. Only get a off day and no overtime money.

Time consuming

Lack of communication. Absolutely no teamwork.Some of management very unprofessional and unorganized. Don't know how to manage personnel. Security of handling cash very poor customer service.

Cons: Hours extremely long.work 12 hours a day or Night and only gt 2 days of a week

Good customer service experience attained

I have learned that to be good in customer service is that you need to give it your all to ensure that the customer's enquiry is fulfilled to his expectations. I enjoy meeting with different people each day and learn something from them. I enjoy it working with people. I find it challenging to work on public holidays.
