I have learnt a lot about the industry but the way they treat their employees are not acceptable

You come to work at 7 sit and do your work til 16:30 in these hours there will be shouting and you will be given much more work than you can do in a day and they expect you to finish or you will go to a disciplinary My relationship with my colleagues are really good, we work great together as a team. I have learnt a lot about admin work and how to work with people. I have also learnt a lot about myself as a person. There isn’t anything I really enjoy anymore as you get treated like a slave and do not get any recognition for giving your everything. The most challenging thing is staying positive and getting up in the morning when you do not get any compensation for your extremely hard work

Pros: Great opportunity learning about Sasol
Cons: Long working hours on a Friday and being treated unfairly

Learning opportunity

Safety system learning opportunity. Leant client liason and management. Was exposed to legislation requirements and company compliance. Legal audit and dept of labour audit.
