Gained a lot of experience

I learned a lot of new things in the civil industry. We currently working in Ceres where we doing re-instatements for the city of cape town. We doing asphalt and kerning and channeling. I worked my way up into the office of the company and now I'm doing the invoicing and quotations, and I deal with clients . but I'm still earning the same salary. So I'd like to move forward in life and work for a company that will pay me for what I'm worth.

Pros: Working all over the city
Cons: Working in unbearable weather

Information, planning, initiative and dedication.

It is of great importance for me to work with JVR Construction I have learnt a lot. Team work is what the management of the company keeps an eye on and it makes everything of the best success. As well for me to work and deal with a big number employees see to it that on daily basis people are safe no incidents or injuries on site. Safety on site is not an easy thing where machinery is used you have to make sure that safety rules are adhered to and implemented. You also have deal with different types of people with different problems e.g alcoholics, drugs users, family problems etc. What I enjoy with my job is I have to learn something new almost everyday.

Pros: More experience and learning.
Cons: Flexible and manageable working hours.
