Excellent in computer programs, paperwork and doing registers

Start with everyday paper work such as guard shift and sending them to head office in Durban. Booking of polygraph tests and responding to client e-mails. Sending new employee contracts and making sure that all the necessary forms are incl. in the contracts. I have a good working relationships with all my co-workers but can get a bit irritated when they don't do the necessary work that I need to complete my work. I have learnt to have more patience and have upped my computer skills with Microsoft office. I like that no one gets more privileges in the office. Everyone is equal.

Cons: Not a big chance to be promoted

Very demanding but there is no room for improvement

Working for my company requires you as an individual to be alert be ready for anything be energetic and speak proper English be able to communicate with people in management and always keep in mind that there is no room for error

Not a good company in terms of promotions

This company has no ladders for employees to climb instead of focusing on employees being happy for better results in terms of work they focus more on what they are getting money wise they give employees the illusion of being looked out for while in actual fact they are using us before being hired you are asked if you are under a union if so you are not allowed to be ultimately giving employees because at the time you are there because you need the job you have no choice but to say yes to anything and everything

Excellent to give people your knowledge of security

I am experienced in security as an operational manager (managing all sites & guard) with knowledge of investigations. I am a responsible person, energetic, friendly, hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated & goal orientated. I am a fast learner and firm believer that skills can be learnt with the right attitude. When it comes to a team situation, I am solid team player and I exert a positive influence on fellow team members. Innovative and able to tackle any challenges.
