A start of a new challenge

Hi Working at Just Undies at the beggining was very challenging as I had started when the company only had one store in 2006 ,however since then I have been instrumental in bringing up the nine stores presently. I open new stores ,merchandise them ,source out staffing ,and procedures,I effectively handle the Hr side with contracts and ccma cases and handle all staff schedules. I am able to run the company without supervision from my directories .I enjoy the relationship with my fellow employees as they understand leadership differences. I have learnt a lot through my years of service .

Pros: U get to meet a lot of people
Cons: Long hours
