Log into my system address calls allocated to me provide feedback on unresolved issues, update clients and resolve clients query's as quickly as possible. Open office plan makes it easy to communicate and assist one another need may be. being a team player is vital. 2nd Lind and 3rd Line guys are always available to assist need may be so in terms of learning from them it all unlimited. Always something new to challenge you as products keep on changing and you have to update to it, the work hours are good cause i get to see my family all the time. When dealing with a call that wasn't yours and a client is already mad, trying to handle the client plus meet the standards to resolve the matter quickly...

Pros: dealing with different access types ( Fibre, Microwave, ADSL,VSAT ) helps to learn more about different products.
Cons: No promotion...

Allowed knowledge sharing

to work a my current company it is a fun working environment a flat environment where there is no hierarchical structures we are working directly with our managers which allow knowledge sharing and up skilling from lower level to high level understanding of things and technical aspects. the company have allowed me to be open to different environment and get understanding of the business and clients relations also allowed me to identify my weakness, strength and opportunities that i can potentially excel in

Dedication and Teamwork

Working at MTN has been quite an interesting and challenging experience.The thought of bringing value and satisfaction to our customers has been the main motivation of working up and going to work everyday.Being a leader of five engineers , i have learnt that more can be achieved when you work with others than when working in silos.I am involved in leading the team in troubling LAN and WAN issues on a daily basis and the thought of solving complex problems has been my pride for the time that i have been with MTN.

Best company to work for

They look after employees and give young ones opportunities to learn and grow. company has highly skilled people qualified to do their job. The only thing missing is the benefits like medical aid and pension fund. You get total package and structure on your own

Good experience

It's typical work day.nothing challenging doing same thing everyday..more of a routine Doesn't appreciate their employers. Nor give them the oppotunity to enhase their skills nor support their employees to further their studies

Excellent learning environment

Delegating task to different contractors and do follow ups, I have a very good relationship with my team and all our suppliers I have learnt that everybody need someone in the working industry teamwork is the best as we get to learn different things from each other doing follow ups, documenting and reporting. having customers disagree with you all the time
