The duties that I do daily are as follows. Print the inventory that is needed on the system by order placed by planning. Read the requiements of the orders. Place orders by item and by supplier. Price update on the system Price quiries from finance. Confirm orders placed by delivery date. Expedite orders that are needed Liose with supplier with everything requested by individuals. Internal orders for fibretec for Steelworx Internal orders for canvas for Steelworx Internal orders for P & A for Steelworx Manual orders for all departments at Steelworx. Stores send shortages daily on all items and all consumebles and I place orders as requested. assist planning when ever requested to help.

Pros: The duties are challenging but i love that and the best thing is it makes you tick at all time.
Cons: The perks at the moment and the liability of the company.

Good learning experience

Creating production checklists for production. Updating checklists with changes received. Opening production numbers. Creating works orders. The coworkers on a good day are easier to work with just some don't know how to handle the pressure that comes with the job. I enjoy the positive feedback from production guys about how much the checklists have improved since I joined the company. I love taking on a new prototype as I know that I won't be inherit anything that will delay production in anyway. I've learned working on BAAN n CRM. What goes onto making a trailer n caravan. Working in an open plan office that has the diversity of all cultures. The most challenging part of my work is working with past incorrect master checklist to create current checklist.

Pros: It's a good introduction to the manufacturing industry n planning department
Cons: No room for growth.

Determined, Self Driven and Dedicated

Through the vast of my career, I have gained experience beyond my expectation. Values of Design, Quality and Production have been instilled in me through the exposure I have had. In my current position I have gained experience in CAD, Production Projects, Testing, Research and Development, and I strive to expand my knowledge. I am a young, determined, self-driven and dedicated individual with a vision to succeed and achieve greatness in everything I do. My experiences combined with my drive to learn and passion for excellence will certainly add value to your company and vice versa.

I like receiving job because is too chalenging and learn new things

I like working at receiving because it is a challenging position and dealing with different suppliers. I enjoy working with my colleague we are one big happy family. I've learn lots of things like dealing with queries from suppliers, communicating with buyers, creditors and factory management. I enjoy handling all outside queries and learn to know more supplies and be nice person. The most challenging job is to do a stock take, handling variances and explain to manager how it happens and why and come up with the solution. My manager is someone who doesn't want any mistake of paper work, any discrepancy of cycle count and more important be punctual all the time. My reason to apply for another company is because our operation is to slow and I have two boys to support.
