Great company to work for.

Learnt hoe to multi-task and paying attention to detail oriented and a team player.I was mostly organised, flexible and able to meet deadlines because of the fast paced environment. The stuff where generally outgoing, friendly and most of the staff was driven by good work ethics like I was. The challanges I had to face was having to work in the HR department and also in the IT department as a Test analyst. It was long hours and the project kept me on my toes and I never got bored. I had to create training manuals and do training for Executives and staff members. It became challenging when I had to my mother had a heart attack and hospitalised for 6 months, I had to be a daughter, a mother and had to make sure my work was up to date....I lhad to teach myself how to juggle all of that being a single parent at that point in time. I got so much support from my co-workers and my manager and I was given a chance to work from home twice a week.

The company has given me opportunities to grow From the start it was all about hard work and effort as wel las putting in the hours and dedicating onesefl to the business and this has allowed me to grow in ways that I did not think possible

Great opportunities and learning

the JSE is a good company to for,you have to be on top of your game each and every day as you dont want to give wrong access to the clients as this can have a negative impact to the company. in this environment i have learnt to deal with difficult clients and made sure that the client is always happy with the service.

Pros: great place to establish yourself.
Cons: no place for improvement (promotions).

Great opportunities for sponsored education

not sure what to say, cannot trust manangement and workers , No recognition even if you are a high performer Will only get new roles or promotions if you are a favourite with management
