Looking for a company that i can grow in...

A typical work day by me is.. is coming to work early and sitting on facebook and emials till open time..we open at 9:00 but i'm at work too early .Our normal days are quiet so there is enough time to catch up with my admin work. My busy days are paid days(when clients get paid) and i love it because its nice and busy.I'm in charge when the boss is out, so i have a good relationship with my colleagues. I love working with people and you can learn a lot from them as well. Well to be honest.. if i had the cash flow i believe i will prosper in my own business. Ive been in the money lending industry now for 17 years and is really looking for something new.

Pros: too learn new skills
Cons: dont like working weekends...that is family time
