Good communication

When was working at Joshua trust ...we faced a lot of pressure by making sure that everyday when you go home you have reached your target...our target it was 2 everyday..all my colleagues they were very kind because we were helping each other by handling a colleague s call because of a language....what iv learned about my work is that when you want to close a sale you have to handle the objections correctly so that your client will understand the product....i enjoyed a lot at work because was a top agent and my target was always reached...the most challenging of my job is when they giving us the recycled leads, means that they give us the clients that we have been called them before so it's difficult to make a sale

It is a great learning curve

Our typical work day is rather hectic, we as co workers have excellent relationship with each other. I have learned to become a good sales agent and customer care consultant. The most challenging aspect of my job is meeting deadlines of which I have learn to mastermind as well.

Pros: you get great opportunities to be promoted.
Cons: working quite long hours

Excellent speed in Learning.

It is a fun environment where everyone is always in a happy mood and energetic.it is very crowded yet has lot of spacing.I have learnt that with people of a positive and energetic mind around you it is possible to turn a bad day into a good day quickly.

Pros: motivation to succeed is given regularly
Cons: Very limited leads to work with
