Excellent learning curve

Typical work day Good relationship witg coworkers Customer service, target driven, answering of phone calls ( soft skills), emotional intelligence. I enjoyed the fact that the job kept me wanting to always win as my project were the leading project when it comes to collection, i always reached more then 100 percentile. I enjoyed servicing people and making sure that my tenants are happy tenants. Challenges were that there would be people who would want to pay rent for more than 3 months, and they would make sure that tgey are not found, i couldn't trace them. People taking advantange of the name of the company as it say Social housing, then they would claim their right if having a shelter and that the goverment won't throw them out. Political movements were also a challenge.

Good learning environment

Joshco is a good place for one to kick start their career Working conditions are good I had a good and well balanced working understanding with co-workers It is a high pressure working environment Which really requires one to be sharp and open mindind all the time

Was a temp

I used to maintain a property/building with 500+ tenants. Log job cards, manage cleaners, securities, and contructors, inhance house rules and inforce them, help with collection, help with leasing the units. Follow the company procedure and maintain the company standarts.

Pros: great learning curve
Cons: I worked long working hours when required

Easy person to talk to and fast to learn things

I have a good relationship with everyone and they all motivating. I have learn a lot from this company like time management public talking and how to present yourself in interviews. I enjoy working using pastel evolution, because it is what I was doing at school so everything is going smooth, But the most challenging part when I fail to finish my give task at a given time

Pros: good working hours and good breaking time
Cons: good office hours
