Not great working with the management team. Greedy and selfish. Want more than can be delivered. Co-workers are brilliant and have a good relationship with everybody. Won't change that at all

I am a professional whose honesty and integrity provide for effective leadership and optimal business relationships. A loyal and dedicated individual with excellent work record. As a goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently motivates, mobilizes and coaches’ employees to meet high performance standards, as well as being a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues. The most challenging aspects of my job is working towards target and reaching my goals.

Pros: Being in the manufacturing sector for over 30 years I enjoy my job, but are currently stuck and can not work towards any promotions as there is no oppertunity to do so and I know I can prove myself as I have done this many times in the past.
Cons: Not given the credit deserved
