Pros: Hard worker, trustworthy, always go the extra mile, no job is to hard, be successful
Cons: Although i know what i do and always learn on rhe go, it seems that my age does play a role in getting to where i should be.

Excellent company to work

Wonderful company to work for who pride itself with a good brand. Great synergy among like minded people. Great working relationship with colleagues Everything happens with an urgency Clients do not want to wait- everything needs to be dealt with now. Liaising continually the relevant departments to sort any issues with delivery times and or quality issues and or accounts. Measuring and fittings scheduled for prospective clients staff members. Processing of orders Accountability with all stock samples Stock taking. Need to work independently without supervision and take ownership

Great platform to structure and find yourself as a creative in the corporate industry

Jonsson Workwear is a corporate environment with an arising nature of creative thinking. However, strict restrictions of how the brand should be portrayed to the public are mostly non negotiable. With that being said, it is quite challenging as a person from a creative / experimental background to find it a platform to grow in. My relationship with my co-workers is of mutual respect and integrity around the work we do as peers. I have learnt a number of things within the garment development industry which has added a great value on my approach to design. I feel that there's still a lot I could acquire in the long run, however I wish to explore other avenues and challenges as a designer.

Worthwhile experience

Working for Jonsson workwear has been the most educational and awesome experience, got to learn a lot including how to interact with people on a daily basis. there is a lot of teamwork emphasised by management and by that we have had great working days. sometimes work can be drudgery but communication has made us strong. we deal will various clients and the most pressurising moment is having to deal with a difficult customer but with patience anything is a success. The reason I need to move on is I feel I need growth and a company realises your worth and appreciates you as a being so that you also feel inspired and motivated

Lots to learn

Lots to learn, lots do line hacs to push push push but things are rather hard at times. But even then we have to try our bestto to perform and make sure maximum performance is reached learn

Its a growing company where different task are done, a challenging fast environment

The culture is great, the are new things to learn on a daily basis , people are great and helpful. Challenges are difficukt at times were senior decisions have to be made off, the perks if the business is the additional bendits the company has which is the gym.

Good working condition

working here has grown my mind and made me to be non-stereotypical,the is a two-way communication and the staff is always caring for each other.We always treat each other as brothers and sisters,we are a big family I realy enjoy the job title i am having now cause i am always facing challenges and that what makes me to use my imagination than to be fed with information I have learned to solve problems without taking it further to higher management and i have learned work under pressure. It is always a challenge working with your boss watching you,that is why i always make sure i do my job correctly to avoid my bosses watching me work

Multi-Tasking at its best

On a typical workday I play the role of a host in our reception area, ensuring that all visitors receive a warm welcome and a beverage of their choice. There are also admin duties that i perform such as flight bookings for the company, meeting room bookings, health & safety meetings, supervise our 3 cleaning ladies and those are just a few of the duties. These duties are all performed while being the switchboard operator for the whole company as well.

Pros: Beautiful & clean working environment, co-workers are kind genuine people.
Cons: Limited Growth
