Awesome experience and exposure into a new industry.

I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers and management. My daily shift is 7.30am to 4pm which gives me time for myself and my family thereafter. I have grown in knowledge as I now deal with third party recons and having entered a new sector has enlightened my understanding and knowledge of the medical sector. My most joyful experience is the relationship I have eith my co-workers as we become more of a family than colleagues. My job has its fair set of challenges but I enjoy working my way through them as they help me gain in knowledge and understanding. I love my job whole heartedly, however I know that I am worth more than the salary I receive.

Cons: no promotional growth and minimal annual increases

AWESOME LEARNING EXPERIENCE & EXPOSURE TO A NEW SECTOR

I work a 7.30am to 4pm shift. I have an excellent relationship with my co-workers and management as we are more like family rather than colleagues. I love my job as I have enjoyed gaining knowledge in a new sector. I have had my fair share of challenges which I thoroughly enjoyed working through them. I enjoy my time at work as it is a great environment due to my peers.

Exposure to the corporate world

My working experience was not the best. I was placed on several contracts over a period of a year. As an individual you are continuously undermined and you capabilities were not good enough. overall the company is a good company to work for but its the people that sit at higher levels, such as management, that make the working experience an unhappy one.

Excellent Customer service

JMH has been a learning curb for me.
