Doing the total logistics including the daily planning for the sewing lines and the 2 cnc cutters. Morning meeting with the logistics team and the production team leaders. JIT DELIVERIES to our JIT Seat plant at Ford Nissan. Signing of daily cycle counts and monitoring Stock levels in house and at JIT. Weekly communication with suppliers.

Pros: Big international com.
Cons: Plant in Rosslyn closed down.
