Managing people that I have worked with for 10 years,and have to ensure that the work is done.

When we have a non customer complain and a complete shift is what I call a typical day and I teach someone a new thing.I communicate with everyone,even my colleagues from other department,that's helped me to understand the process better and improve in my decision making as the part of my objective.I have learned to separate between friendship and work ship.Everyone has responsibility to do as Jm is paying us to do so.When we have a validation and we successfully get the business,we quarantine non confirming parts without sending them to warehouse or customer.

Pros: Working as a team,improve each other.
Cons: Work with some one how does not value me,themselves

Development is my passion

Learning and development provides such joy and growth to people’s lives. With every new thing you learn your mindset shifts. My day includes but not limited to EE report, internal and external training competency reporting, WSP and ATR, EEA2 report, PDP execution.I enjoy the learning culture that company has provided. Influencing employees to see why they need to always be ready for next level.

I am friendly person with a good sense of humor. I like to work with people sometimes to work as a team. I have learnt to work with people from the different languages an culture. I enjoy to hear people experiences and challenges and how they overcome them.

its a very good company with good benefits and with a very good automated plant with a very clean environment Good culture MAINTAINED AND ACCURATE WORK LOG AND STRONG RELATIONSHIP TO SITE OPERATORS TO ENSURE THE TIMELY RESOLVE OF AUTOMATION ISSURES KNOWLEDGE OF FANUC ROBOTICS TROUBLESHOOT AND OTHER EQUIPMENT WITH MAINTANANCE TECHNICIAN ON AS-NEEDED BASIS (VIA BOTH MECHANICAL AND COMPUTER MEANS. RESET CODE ON ROBOTIC COMPUTER TO MANUALLY ADJUST, MOVE, MAINTANANCE BOTH ON A PREVENTATIVE AND REJUVENATED BASIS. Active team player.

I am currently working as a line leader in a production company. I got this position because I was an active team player. I start and close batches on MES and SAP. Change over the machines and prepare for the next batch. Doing fault finding if the is a problem. Working with integrity. Producing the conforming parts for the customers following the customer requirements on RF850. Interact with co-workers. Safety cautious at all times.

Pros: Looking for growth
Cons: work well under preasure and self motivated.

Excellent salary as per my educational background and experience

TkkkThis a big company but the leadership is so autocratic. There is low employee morale. The company has got a great s. furthermore, recruitment and placement of personnel i is so poor. There is also not proper employee retention. There is modern slavery employed by the executive.system though.

Great environment for gauging one's level of coping with high stressful working environment

Its an environment where a person needs to be flexible in terms of working hours, one needs to be always on top of his game. Overall its a great working environment for enthusiastic people.
