I am always eager to learn

I always seek improvements, have a logic mind with a practical approach to problem solving and thus insuring compliance to systems and standards and well in a team. I have gained planning, execution, time management skills, understanding of validation processes and good manufacturing and documentation practices as required by my role.

Pros: there is a lot to learn with regards to processes, equipment, utilities, reviews and qualifications

Great learning experience

I have been exposed to numerous projects besides my daily activities. Such as reporting the departmental performance and also having to spend time on the line in order to bridge the communication gap, also having to find ways on how to reduce production waste. Continuous improvement was my daily drive finding ways to make the production process more effective.

Invoices, Delivery Notes, Quotations, Ensure the process align with the Standard Operating procedure

working under pressure and with a team. you learn to assist the team mates and on what they do as well in order to assist when the other team mate is no available. Target driven; willing to learn new things everyday. different people need different assistance and one needs to learn how to deal with each challenge

The experience I got was to be delegated as a Responsible Pharmacist.

My typical work day was to manufacture an antiseptic liquid following a batch document. One of my duties was to review and update the documents. As a delegate Responsible Pharmacist my duties were to observe if all personnel adhered to the cGood Manufacturing Practices with regard to manufacturing, document auditing, and in-process quality tests. These duties were done: ensure consistent compliance to all quality activities, liaise optimally with product testing laboratories, to ensure quicker turnaround times of results to release products.

Cons: Weekend overtime
