It's a great environment to work in with a lot of experiencenecd technians. B and there is a balance of work between time you spend at work and family time.

Good learning experience

excellent work experience, diverse cultures, complex reporting system which is easy to use once you have the experience, strict deadlines which are becoming unrealistic. The motor industry is tough at the moment due to the recession and retrenchments have given employees more work with not the necessary training or pay increases but its a good company in difficult economic times.

Pros: Good work experience, high pressure environment
Cons: high pressure, no overtime pay if not requested.
