I’m a well dedicated person, self-motivated starter, hard worker and enthusiastic person always keen to learn and embark to new ideas. I strive to be the best in all I do. I enjoy working and interacting with people. I am flexible and will adapt to any environment I get thrown into. I’m currently working as assistant Manager/Sales assistant at John Craig retail store. I have possessed a lengthy, well developed and advanced experience on retail with the provision of proper merchandising. I have developed strong communication skills, verbal and written. I also have expanded on effective report writing skills, because it is part of my duties to provide a detailed presentation with regard to targets. Excellent

I engaged with customers on a daily basis, friendly and we'll mannered people. I have learnt to be honest,share and support each other. I have enjoyed being given a chance to lead,learn and meet the target that I was given daily, weekly, and monthly. The most challenging job was that it wasn't challenging at all but fair opportunity was given to each and every one of us to prove ourselves.

We required great customer service

Not great opportunity for transfer. Working far away from home. Great team work with colleagues. I enjoy that we only 4 instore stuff and we can communicate well with each other. Great team vibes

Fast learning,welling to know more.

During my typical work day,i am resposible for overseeing my teams as they progress on various advertising campaigns. I check in and help them with any issues they may be having in the long run of working. My relationship with my co workers I get along with so many personalities .my colleagues we were a great team. The way me and my team we close we will often meet after work for fun.i respect other peaoples knowledge,experiance,ideas, to say opinions,even though sometimes i don't

An excellent opportrtunity for growth

typical work day is 9-8pm, relationship with co-workers is good aswel as understanding. learned to have patience and being understanding, inter action with customers. challenge working hours but comes with the teriotory.

Pros: as indicated before as a person you cant be happy with just standing in place for a long time. one must push themselves in order to achieve and prosper in life
Cons: working long hours or overtime is no problem as goal setting and reaching target is of great importance. this is one challenge i would really love to take on.

Customer service is the first thing

Im a young energetic working lady, im a fast learner and i do all best to achieve good results. Im a team working person, a time kepper. I can work long hours even overtimes.

I have learnt so much in only three years

further sharpened my people skills with less departments and support structures. Was glad to be reporting to exec manager and CEO. I developed some good relationships with some of my colleagues, these will definately be life long friendships. I love putting the business strategy in action by sourcing the right suppliers and developing the right products for the business. Managing customer expectations and non-delivery of promoted goods can be very tough to handle but there is always a way of handling these challenges.

Cons: smaller company so much less opportunity to grow in reality.

Good oppotunity, learning customers

It was a great opportunity for me to be in charge of the running of store, everything in my shoulder have to take decision even if others don't like them but it was very good.
