At JMVR Restaurants we supplied a restaurant/night club service for consumers. I enjoyed the challenge in a new fast-paced industry focused keeping the customer happy. Daily reports and meetings kept everyone on point with all daily activities at the different shops.

Great learning experience

AAs a hotelier I I have been in the industry for over 15 years and held different positions from being a warehouse clerk to becoming a hotel Manager. Joining JMVT gave me the opportunity to understand the dynamics of running a night club while maintaining the top class service. I enjoyed working in such an exciting environment bearing formal and informal clientele. Giving a touch of five star service in a 2 star environment.a hotelier

Horible

JMVR has no respect for labor laws . treat managers very poorly . forces unlawful labor actions on all employes . peraonal relationships are put over work performince . and managers are constintly threatened

Pros: No pros unless u sleep with the boss
Cons: Treated very badly and constantly threatend
