I have realized that wherever I go for an employment I make an impression to my seniors.

We were separated into groups as per supervisor, groups would compete as to which group achieves its daily target and collectively monthly target. In each group a best performing agent would be nominated by the supervisor to be groomed to be a supervisor and eventually promoted into a debt collector position. Ensuring that we collect as much as possible from customers to settle their accounts handed to attorneys. My team was always in top 2 among the performing teams

Pros: I was promoted into a Debt collector position from a call center agent position.
Cons: 8 hours
