Excellent learning curve for management

I have managed to build and identify team stallions and donkeys I have learnt to handle personal conflict to business, and managing people of different race and backgrounds. I also learnt using different buying tools and skills including programs and I have enjoyed team efforts to attain set goals archive targets. We have made many faces happy and yes not always but 80 percent of the times it has been a joyful moment working under construction.

Pros: Great moment to learn the depth of construction industry and growning to start own business
Cons: long working hours but not matching salary

Excellent learning experience

Logging in and having to despatch drivers and give them routes. Then making and expediting orders for previous day and start the new orders and manage stores and despatch of all the material.

Pros: Great working team
Cons: Long hours that u put no gratitude for the input and a simple thank you for your emotional support
