Self motivated person. Running two projects of 25 million each . Great problem solver always reaching my deadlines doesn’t matter wat it takes. Do my own programs on MS projects , order all materials for site and make sure the right contractors are appointed on the right time . I do set up a RFI list that goes hand in hand with my program so that I can get the information that I require from Architects & engineers before work commence on site Good with health and safety do my own Audits on subcontractors to make sure everyone understands where my bench mark is Thanks

Excellent learning and growth opportunity

Excellent learning and growth opportunity. I am mostly office based and work independantly. We are 3 QS's, but we are responsible for our own projects. I have gained a lot of experience in the residential and commencial sector while working here.

Pros: Excellent opportunities
Cons: You work under a great deal of pressure most of the time.
