Excellent communication skills

In this present company I have learnt a lot e.g To work with colleagues from overseas Baltimore. To be delighted in other departments. Work with Finance. How to convert currencies. How to do replishment in petty cash. Admin and Logistics duties and responsibilities. The most challenging of the job is how to procure.

Pros: To gain experience in the new environment
Cons: Manage your working system to avoid long working hours.

Excellent management of prgrams

I can work within a team as well as independently and I have learnt to manage my time productively at work. I am disciplined, work diligently paying attention to detail, love to do my work accurately. I believe I have excellent presentation skills as well as good report writing skills. I have gained experience in almost all computer programs and M&E, Organizational Development, Programme management and monitoring has been my operational field. My current work experience makes me confident to effectively deliver in this advertised vacant position.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth and exposure to other expertise of the job
Cons: Less time spent on personal studies however can manage my time well

I'm easy to get along with

I am steady and serious person and who works hard and fits easily into a new team. Also a team player. Matured person who can communicate on all levels, I am always calm and collective and a good listener. Capable of working under pressure and will strive hard to perform to the best of my ability in the field I pursue. I endure to make proper decision so I can arrive at a satisfactory conclusion. Quick and accurate learner with a keen eye to detail and I should be grateful for the opportunity to progress. I have not only taken the ability to take responsibility of this position immediately, but I believe that I also have the enthusiasm, motivation & determination to ensure that I make a success of it. I'm an investment to any company.

CV excellent team member (able to fit in any where should a need be ) Quality Assurance skill (continuous improvement on the quality perspective and implementing out comes) Clinical Coordination (do clinical management of district teams ) program management ( sustain district teams at all times to meet the deadlines for submission)

Amazing experience learned alot

My name is Nomonde Nsele ID number:9609050451086 a young female residing at Mseleni Area. I finished my studies at eThekwini College in 2019 i obtainted a National Diploma in Public management and I was also previously employed by Jhpiego as a Data Capturer under uMkhanyakude, from January 2019 until December 2019. It was good working there

Im a very hard work how like to learn new things everyday and i like to challenge myself in a good new thing. They're a good company you get to learn a new thing everyday they challenge you everyday so that you will be the best in what you're doing, i gain a lot of experience in them and i will recommend any other person to work for them

I have learned to deal with working overtime

I have enjoyed working at Jhpiego have learned a lot , since it requires sterility when dealing with male circumcision. Learned to handle under pressure situation where you have to circumcised a lot of people. Doing check ups. I have grown as an individual to cope with people. A typical day is where you have to circumcise 30 people a day. Even when we short staffed we learn to balance. So I have acquired alot.

Good learning curve

Ha challenging job with less resources and more work expectex from a prson. Long working hours with no rest and pveryime pay but it's a great learning curve and . I'd like to thank this yhe company has groomed me in a way because even though the job is challenging but i get to have an experience
