JFE group of companies comprises of JFE Security which deals with Prison Security from ISMS system (Operating systems that run the electronics of the prison) JFE Electrical, which does all electrical contracts JFE Reticulation which does all underground caballing contracts JFE Property Investments does the building of retirement Villages, Security complexes and also day to day running of rentals of all the CEO’s properties he owns, rentals etc.

Pros: I am a fast learner
Cons: I sometimes have to ask a task to be explained again so that i make 100% sure i carry it out to the best of my ability

Deadline Orientated

Running the BBBEE/Compliance & HR department for a generic construction company means that a typical work day includes making sure my team and I are on track continuously and on a daily basis. We meet mornings with a quick catch up as to what our day will entail and then again at the end of the day to make sure we all met our targets. Compliance in the Construction Sector is all about planning, planning and more planning. Executing tasks without having your goals set (on a daily basis) is like running to the finish line blind folded.

Pros: My hours are my own - as long as my job is done.
Cons: I work for Family and want out.

Learn fast, work independently, work well as a team. very fast paste.

Got on well will all colleges. Fast paste industry. Learned patience.. I loved the fast paste of the work. Most challenging was working for a very difficult man for 10 years but I learnt so much for him that I have nothing but admiration for him.

Pros: I learn fast and get along with all walks of life.
Cons: I will ask questions need be until I fully understand what is expected of me.
