Learning becomes an obession, as it betters yourself.

Working under pressure is what keeps me going, as a youngster i tend to make sure that learning is the best thing I grab onto daily. We work under tremendous pressure, the minute you walk in for work im given objectives for the day! To be completed before the end of the day. Checking emails on a regular and answering clients . While you're designing, they still send you more clients that come from the counter. I learn how to work under pressure, how to speak professionally, making appointments, and serving others. I enjoy the good clients who help me find different parts of design within myself. The biggest challenge is also operating the printing machines while being busy with so many other things. I find it a great learning curve as one day I would be able to open up my own business. Thank You A.Luciano Markgraaff

No growth

Love working with people and learn about different cultures. Organised, doing work that's important first, and then those that is less important. I enjoy being a morning person, to be at the office first to start working without any distractions. Gained experience regarding registration of TAX, and basics of Pastel

Working at jetline

Arrive at 15 minutes to 8, start printing jobs from emails from the night before and morning. Do jobs worth more than my monthly salary in a day, invoice every customer, 1 hour great if the store is not to busy, doors close at 5 but will only leave by 5:30 averagly, workevery second Saturday without pay , store is open many more hours per week without payment compensation

Pros: Some nice colleagues and potential work from clients in the future
Cons: Long hours with little pay and no promises or possibilities for promotion

Time consuming, limited exposure,

Very fast paced, one has to multitask, learn a lot on print media, hours can be long. . Meet a lot of different people and a lot of different types of companies.

Pros: Teaching multi tasking, time management and accuracy
Cons: No overtime pay, limited market

By working with different machines brands makes me get more expirience in finnishing depertment.

Its feels great working in a company with many division or department such as Outdoor,Disc makers,Web Design because im exposed in different types of printing and knowing how to do other things related to printing.

Pros: I can able to coperate ,teamworking,problem solver.
Cons: Im currently working continental shifts so im used in working long hours like 6 to 6.

Designer

independent designer . I have found that it is through a team that I have archived my greatest potential. I have learnt that having a platform to question and develop ideas harnesses greater creativity - although realising creative inspiration doesn't come without it's obstacle! Time management and working to tight deadlines are important in any industry. But the foundation's and biggest challenges of design lie in communication.

It's a Printing Company, and we deliver to Your Door Step

I am working good with at her Vo workers, and we are working 24/7 , but The Shifts. The problem with This is the Fact that there's no (Provident Fund). And we are Under Payed

Pros: Not at all.

In a nutshell

Very time driven and time demanding. Deadlines are the heart of production. No room for error. Learnt that there is always ways and means to expanding your knowledge and production management. Time management is essential.

Pros: Learn a lot, directly involved with a variety of different finished products
Cons: No room for growth, pay is low

Gained P/A experience

Great opportunity

Handled all incoming HR related enquiries. We worked as a team, always there to help another. Everybody was treated with respect. What I learned was all the extras that I did when I was needed at the reception, as well as to be an PA to the HR Manager. I'm enjoying working with all sort of people, and respect them for who they are. Most challenging aspects of my job is to calm upset emloyees if they are unhappy in their work environment
