It is good in team work,it has the kitchen for tea time and lunch time, it has normal hour of working and the shift is good and reasonable also management is doing good in service

Good customer service

Always put the company customers needs first then employees. Encourage employees to always do good for the benefit of the store to make profit for the company. Good customer service plus good sales plus happy employees equals good profit for the company

I have lernt that patience pays

Working as a cashier requires an honest and trustworthy individual.So that figures who am I standing.Team work plays a major role.Working at retail requiers someone who is hard-working.

Pros: Within this company when you are a Hardworker and adhere to the four values of which is People,Integrity,Performance,Professionalism just know that you will keep on flying high.
Cons: You must be used to working long hours,overtime and working on public holidays.

Excellent learning curve

Typical working days hectic and relationships with coworkers we like a family and what i learner is that ni matter how much you work or effort you put . you'll never impress your manager. What I enjoy most is working with good welcoming people.

Excellent experience

I had the opportunity to learn a lot, I've learned how to pack, merchandise and how to become a salesman. We had to meet new and different people each day.

since I have been in this company my manager seeing that im worth then she gave me a position of being a admin rock star because im a hard worker and im willing to work under pressure and overtime also I do my best to finish up my job on time during the stated period

Very empewering environment

I got alot of experience because we are few employes, everyday you learn new thing, for example how to deal with customers who have different behavours. We were having good relationship amongst us as staff.

Pros: You got discount when u buy something as staff

Excellent learning skill

It is great working at jet ,great team work and you learn new things everyday. The only challenge is the hours since I am a casual for 3 years now.I have learnt a lot of things being a cashier and cellphones consultant and I really enjoyed engaging with customers.
