Excellent learning curve and a team player

Great company to work for just never really got time to rest at times I'd work three Sundays in a row where as yet the contract said I am only allowed to work one Sunday and be off the other one. But all in all it's a great experience working for edcon we always had our targets which we reached month by month

Pros: Great opportunity to reach targets and do promotions
Cons: Working 108 hours per week as well as weekends

I'm a sales driven person .Good at what I'm doing.I'm friendly and love my customers.

Im passionate about my work .Love working with people and a problem solver.I give my all for the company. Manage my staff and see that they do they work. I work 8hours a day even overtime .I respect my co workers. For me its very nice to work and enjoying it

Self esteem

Kind and dedicated person..funny loving person..i am a very hard working person.i know how to deal with custumers ..i know that customers are always right.i love working in teams ..i love people.i have learn how to do housekeeping .stock counter and hanger

Working very hard

Other thing you budget for but it's for the company not your personal things.i don't like that and you find yourself working four weeks in a row that's tirering

It very pleaing and teaching to work with different types of people

aspectaspectI have learned a lot with working with different types of people. I have became more in common with calming myself in every situation i face, the relationship i have with my co-workers is very good I'm a very friendly person and that has worked on my favor for the retail job requires one to be punctual and be calm in tje working environment. I enjoy being around all type of people in evevry day working in making sure that they are well served and given the best service. Difficulties come when one faces the rude customer which is not willing to take an apology for any aspect

New challenges

Love interacting with customers and developing new ideas and customer diversity Growing the business, training people for personal n business gain. Retail has long hours and I enjoy that and want to see myself more further
