Good opportunities in learning

At jet masingita mall i have learned to sacrifice ,if im given 5 hours a day i will use my extra time to help at work so that at the end of the day i have gained something in terms of learning.we were also shown how to treat customers or people in general that we greet them ,we smile with them and also create small talks to make them welcomed.we also worked as a team and by doing so it helped is in achieving our goals.the thing that i enjoyed most is helping a customer with something they needed at the shop because it made me feel good that i have helped someone.and the challenging aspecting was when your dealing with the difficult customer and you have to make sure that when they walk out the stote the walk with a smile in their face.and i have also learned to put customers first.

Pros: best cashier of th month
Cons: long working hours when is busy time
