Excellent learning curve

Work starts at half & early in the morning. Set your self up knowing what you want to achieve for the day. Sometimes look up by the stores to see if outstanding parts have arrived yet. My work with others is always good lots of laughter, help were you can and give guidance since there are students at work and some under us as the qualified Artisan. I have learn that focusing on the little things matter, working as a team you can achieve a lot buy counting on your self is the most important thing. Most challenging is to deal with how management keep changing with what they saying and not sticking to it. How to keep calm and argue constructively so the point you try to bring across can be understood.

I have gained amazing experience at this company

My daily duties at work include the following: Analysis and adjusting projects that i have sold budgets. Ensuring money is not being over spent and the budget is being managed accordingly. Creating new quotes. Responding to any query's or issues raised by customers Handing over sold projects to design and project management, detailing the customers requests as well as presenting what has been sold and setting the expectations for the various departments.

Cons: High pressure due to extremely high sale values

Great learning environment

Jendamark provides an excellent learning platform with exciting projects which for a variety of customer requirements and technologies. In particular, Jendamark is an excellent company for the student as a first job, experiential training, learnerships, apprenticeships etc.

Teamwork, good communication skills, flexible.

Tooling coordinator task on a normal day as follow, Responsible for maintaining tooling indicators up to date. My normal day was sorting out tooling issues. I also had a good relationship with my suppliers that was very important for me, to be always up to date. We had twice a week meetings to give updates on our projects. I also had to sort out issues. I loved to sort out problems and give feedback. I also have a good relationship with my direct manager and project management. Its very important to me to have a good relationship with your direct supervisor or manager. Jendamark is a great company to work for.

Pros: Great opportunity in company
Cons: Rhey very strict. If you receive a writting warning, you dont receive your bonus year end.

Learning curve

I have discovered that I do possess leadership skills and am respected by fellow colleagues.I do have my HR Director to be thankful for.as he encouraged and supported till the end when my manager was on leave.He made me realize something in me that I never knew I had.And that was leading.

Learning curve

Company taught me alot about myself as well as how to competendly work with others on a team project. I am a team player. Time manageability.was given alot of opprtunities and time for self help in order to function as individual as well.

Great learning experience

The company I am currently working for has provided much learning and growing in the area as a buyer. Working in a fast pase industry where deadlines has to be met daily, I have learnt to cope in most challenging situations. Also liaising with suppliers and building some of the best relationships.

Cons: Paying for own medical aid & provident fund
