Organised well presented hard worker

- Answer telephones, screen and direct calls - Take and relay messages - Provide information to callers - Deal with queries from the public and customers - Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization - Monitor visitor access - Prepare and sort mail and deliveries - Keeping petty cash up to date and doing daily transactions - Schedule appointments - Organize conference and meeting room bookings - Monitor and maintain office equipment - Assist directors with quotations to customers - Updating invoice tracking spreadsheet - Customer invoicing - Supplier invoicing - Attendance and following up on outstanding leave forms - Manage stationary - Completing ISO Absenteeism report monthly

Very enjoyable industry, with lots of diversity and a great opportunity and equal right to everyone.

A very good industry with a lots of diversity people and great opportunities to everyone working within or from external. Electronics company that has great challenges which are good for career development within the organization

Interesting and challenging

Hard working. Not for weak people. Should be able to handle working under pressure. Be able to work late hours without overtime. Must be able to be a team player but still watch you back. Follow processes daily. Must be outspoken Have courage. Be energetic. There is no pension or benefits.

Pros: Builds up strength
Cons: Long hours, cross night
