Working for the current company is always challenge in the positive manner ,that You get the to meeting clients from morning till afternoon must try Remember them and call by their names that make them fill special ,and all levels also involves calling them daily ,witching them birthday, Anniversaries both Marriage and Products /Vehicles bought from us. Part of my job is to arrange appointments with clients, floor ,and deliveries when to sign contracts with the finance Manager keep up with a daily plan.l have learn that I You have to write down ,all You plan for a day also set reminder in Your phone because You cannot remember everything.I enjoy interacting with people , sell them Products and services value for their money. Most Challenging situation its when the client is unhappy ,however l do by all means to avoid it ,by give them Kings and Queens service to Keeping them happy.

Good leadership
It is a quietly a nice company but there are no benefits in a way that there is no bonus. Some of the co workers are not happy to work for this company because of there are no employee benefits but it is so good to have my coleuges. I've learn how to deal with customers. I enjoy doing stock count. Lastly the most challenging aspect is to deal wth the stock loss.
