Great creative company

Great creative environment, allow me to be my creative self and have my input. Production is hectic, need to be on top of your game with admin and paperwork. You learn a lot on the job as different companies have different ways of working. But everyone is nice, genuine and helpful.

Pros: Great creative environment for designers
Cons: You have to do your admin, or else you fall behind. Creatives aren't really admin people.

Working in retail

That’s an interesting question. I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the clients’ needs and organizing the team schedules around the client’s priorities. Me and my colleagues have a very good understanding, we support each other in every way. The best thing i have learn is to work with people and understand them...i enjoy working with people and to put smiles on there faces. The most challenging aspect of my job is getting difficult customers, but we always find away to get there needs...

Good communication skills are the best

My job has taught me how to be calm no matter how difficult the situation is. And that if we work as a team we can achieve great things and also reach targets cause we have a solid foundation. Even as a sales assistant u can. Be a major contribution in a company by learning more and show initiative in every daily production . it has made me meet a family iwas never born with but bcs i spent most of my hours working with my collegues ive grown to have a relationship with them . i got to bond with our customers made sure they leave our stores satisfied and helped . by going to major extremes making sure they get what they want in time
