Gain valuable experience

A typical day at work is more of a learning from senior colleagues who have more experience in the field. As our store is relatively small it is easy to get along with all the co-workers as we treat each other with maximum respect and work together to reach the goals set by the company. I have learned that respect goes along when working with other people, mutual feelings between colleagues helps work effectively to meet target and grow profit for the company. What i enjoy the most is engaging with customers and at the end of it all making sure that they are happy with the service which i give them. The most challenging aspects of my job is having to doing best to always improve and be the best employee, coping under-pressure.
