What I like doing most when im at work

My previous employer was Russells furniture shop where I used to work with a team of 7 people. It was a very energetic and dynamic team. Every Mondays we held our meetings to discuss about matters that affect us as a team and way forward. Every Wednesday we conduct a product knowledge for any product that we sell so that salesperson will know and understand the benefits and advantage of each product. We held our tea parties twice a week and our big promotions once a month. This was a result of sales driven effort. I really enjoy most being at work with my team because we were all cooperating with one another.

Pros: I was hired as a clerk on feb 2012 and promoted as a Branch Manager on Nov 2014
Cons: I normally work 8hrs Mon-Fri and 5hrs on Sat, 4hrs for overtime on public holidays and December Sundays.
