We work under supervision No growth in the company Junior staff don't have much to say in the company We have all the tools needed for productivity Even thou ,working skills is being change every month No effect training..

JDFS provided many Job Opportunities in various sectors of the Company. Full Training and Worshops were provided. Perfomance Incentives were a great advantage to self motivation
