Beggars can't be chooses

A typical work day starts early just to get the because doors open at 8am and if the region or area manager is having a bad day it could close at 7pm but that's Retail for you.Though the pay is not glamorous the most rewarding part was just dealing with all kinds of personalities on a daily basis so there was variety and its not quite mundane. The worst part is (particularly in today's economic climate) was trying to keep up with ridiculously increased sales targets that was not adjusted to fall in step with the country's current economic situation (2012 - 2014) so bosses were climbing down people's throats because of pressure from the Top Floor Management. This also lead to there being no expansion for the company so in that era there was little chance of advancement. Beware! failure is not tolerate at JD and could be dealt with quite harshly at times especially under those hard economic times of 2012 to 2014, things could be very different now I must emphasise.

Pros: Knowing you are in the same boat with your colleagues at branch level.
Cons: Managment can be unreasonable at times ( they are not all people friendly personalities)

Good Communication Skills

I am a hard worker and work very well individually and in a team based environment, as i am a fast learner that takes pride in what i do and make sure that i complete the task that is given to me. i love to explore new things as it grows me within and also gives me advantage to grow as well in the company.
