Excellent learning and growing curve

I am a callcenter agent, i do debt collection, collect arears on behalf of the company from customers who took goos on credit. I enjoy working in a team because it keeps me going to reach my targets on time. There are defficult customers at times bt i always have to be professional, because a customer is always right, that came as a challenge to me. I always do the best of my ability to reach my targets.

Fast learner.

I worked at jd financial services Johannesburg as a debt collector, and did customer service there. I worked 8 hours a day and two Saturdays in a month.
